Charm of Shrinking / Sinking should use Charm curio slot

There are at least two artifacts with "charm" in the name and that therefore show up when I type "charm" into JEI. This got me thinking that they should be allowed in that slot — mainly I had this thought because (at least in my experience) the necklace slot is way too heavily contested with the number of curio-based items that use it (it's a bit like ring in that regard, but you only get 1 necklace slot), meaning not only do those artifacts never see use in my games as neat as they would be, but I also have empty charm slots that I get frustrated I can't use for these sorts of things.
Just an idea, though.
