Digging Claw & Onion rings do not seems to have any effects on the ATM10 modpack.

Describe the bug
The digging claws do not improve the mining tier of the hand.
Onion ring does not give any haste buff when eating food of any kind.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch Minecraft with the "All The Mods 10" modpack.
2. Access a world with cheat enabled.
3. Give yourself digging claws & onion ring, equip them.
4. Change your Gamemode to survival if necessary and attempt to mine stone with your hands.
5. Notice that the digging claws do not improve the mining tier of the player's hand.

Game Environment
This only occurs on the ATM10 modpack.
An instance with this mod alone does not cause any issues and the function above are working as expected.
