Release Notes

• Fix bouf-sign --files argument missing clap flags
• Always serialise a compressed_hash to make life a little easier on the client side (nlohmann with std::optional is no fun)
• Update NSIS script with shader cache removal and QuietUninstallString
• Update zstd crate to 0.13 (updates zstd to v1.5.5)
• Added support for codesigning with Google's CNG provider and Google Cloud KMS
• Fixed building with newer clap versions
• Fixed prepare step copying old files when it shouldn't
