Myna Time Tracker V1.0.3.1

This release contains an overtime calculation for standard working days (from monday to friday).
It allows to configure the free days (vacation, illness, public holidays, half working days, ...).
The overtime is calculated a) as a total overtime from a given start day and b) for each working week.

It does not install anything in the startup folder anymore (no autostart), This has to be done manually if required.
