[NEOS-1711] Make it easier to surface schema drifting in the UI

it's really troublesome right now to find what columns are no longer there in the mapped schema.

if a column is configured but isn't there anymore, it's difficult to fix this error

unable to continue: job mappings contain schemas, tables, or columns that were not found in the source connection

We should make this easier in the UI to rectify config drift. Either with a single button that fixes it, or make it easy to independently trigger columns.
