Hi,
I am trying to run the perl script svParse.pl on a structural variant vcf (normal-tumor) generated with Lumpy and genotyped with svTyper.
I want to apply the filters that you suggested to filter in somatic variants as follows:

perl $PERLDIR/svParse.pl \
-v $MYDIR/LumpyDir/$SAMPLE/NBD99-smoove.genotyped.vcf -f su=4 \     # min 4 reads supporting event in tumour
-f dp=10 \    # min read depth of 10 in both tumour/normal
-f rdr=0.1 \  # min 10% of reads at breakpoint supporting variant
-f sq=10 \    # min Log10 likelihood of 10
-f chr=0      # filter out calls on chromosomes not in 'chroms.txt' // this is actually not set 

What I unluckily got is thousands of lines of error messages with this pattern:

Use of uninitialized value $t_SR in numeric eq (==) at /srv/ngs/analysis/dalteriog/Tools/svParser/script/../bin/svParser.pm line 191, <$_[...]> line 11737.
(this is one of the last, but it happens for every field).
