Time frame selection

Changes

This release:

• adds calendars to select the plotting time frame
• adds some command-line options
• adds the version to the about dialog
• fixes the crash on events outside the plotting time frame
• fixes some other bugs

• Still, when the graph has been created, the window cannot be resized smaller than that (will be fixed in the next version)
