Wasm-wc: Bump the mio crate from 0.8.10 to 0.8.11

Bumps mio <https://github.com/tokio-rs/mio> from 0.8.10 to 0.8.11.

Fixes receiving IOCP events after deregistering a Windows named pipe.

Not that that effects Unit...
