Nf-core spring cleaning 2025: Cosmetics

Hey devs!

Looks like a pretty great pipeline (which I want to try out at some point). During spring cleaning I just found 2 things you might/should consider fixing:

• Add keywords to your pipeline in github such that more people can find it

• You should update your Zenodo Link or ask the nf-core core team to provide you one if you don't have one yet
  -> You can cite the oncoanalyser zenodo record for a specific version using the following doi: 10.5281/zenodo.XXXXXXX

Thanks for opening the issue @jonasscheid, I've now updated 'Topics' in the repository details section. I also requested a Zenodo record to be created here and I was planning to follow that up for the next release. Though just looking now I wasn't able to find it.

I might be missing something - are you able to see a Zenodo record for oncoanalyser anywhere?
