Cypress tests fail on current server master branch

Describe the bug
All cypress tests are failing during login now.

Expected behavior
Cypress login should pass.

Thats right. Checked out the commit before PR was merged and everything works fine

I'm looking into upgrading @nextcloud/cypress to benefit from nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-cypress#703 .

But that updates cypress itself so i am trying to get rid of the resize observer loops so chromium won't crash anymore.

We worked around this now but we could use e2e-test-server instead of @nextcloud/cypress which does not specify a cypress peer dependency and thus no version.

The initial issue is fixed. Moved the remaining failing tests to a new issue. ( #6913 )
