Include GPS / geolocation information in photos and videos

Describe the solution you'd like
Include GPS information in photos and videos taken/uploaded via this application.

The application already has some access, as it works for geolocation "pinning"

This may done done at some point, but it's not high priority at the moment.

Also before putting efforts into this, it's worth to think about if optionally using the system camera should be implemented, see #2461

Understood. Thank you. For context, I had preferred to use the camera-within-talk so as not to duplicate the file in the InstantUpload process.
