Ensure that Physion train, readout, and test sets can be reproduced exactly

The scripts for generating each set from args needs to use the same seed (and be on the correct commit and TDW version) to regenerate the data exactly.

@felixbinder @htung0101 @eliaszwang which trials are not exactly reproduced? And how do they differ?
