Det her vært tilfelle med halv refusjon som telles som refusjon i køkriterie og dermed ikke prioriteres.
Vi ønsker at tilfelle med betydelig direkte utbetaling regnes som sådan i LOS. Kunne satt opp til 100% man har litt flex
