Microsoft Access Driver was extracted from existing installation on computer from C:\Windows\Installer. Locate the correct MSI by showing the Subject file detail column and looking for Microsoft Office Access database engine.

1. Navigate to NAVFIT98a shortcut
2. Right click shortcut
3. Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings
4. Check Override high DPI scaling behavior.
5. Set scaling to be performed by System or System (Enchanced)
