Different arrow style based on link type

Kind of relates to #8 and #13

Adding style options for arrowheads depending on link type would be tremendously helpful.
In biology, we use --| for showing inhibiting interactions, and --> for activating:

In essence;
Inhibit:: [[protein]]
Activate:: [[protein]]

With different types of arrowhead.
