CCDC files currently end with "-toa_ccdc.tif". SRLite is having trouble reading these files (the default is "-ccdc.tif"). Current workaround:
-rename files with suffix "-toa-ccdc.tif"
-use flag "-toa-ccdc.tif"
-run srlite from home directory (if run from ccdc dir/target dir, the "" reads in all the filenames as an argument
