Errors are vague and need to show context

Take this error:

mvelopes flagged your journal file as invalid: the account `expenses:entertainment:dining` is not defined in your journal

But where was this missing account found? Telling the user this would be error resolution much easier.

Edit: i.e. give the user a file and line number
