Avatar Privacy 1.0-beta.1

Too many changes to list everything, but among other things:

• explicit opt-in to Gravatar.com usage, for both registered users and anonymous comment authors;
• all default avatars are generated on your server;
• Gravatar.com avatars are cached locally as well;
• users can upload their own avatar images.

The source archives need Composer to install, avatar-privacy-1.0-beta.1.zip can be directly uploaded to your WordPress installation in the usual way.
