The Shiny Weather Forecast App for India you created looks really cool. I am looking to create one for United States with Current Weather conditions (at state level). Below are the issues I am facing:
I am not able to get info for all the cities of the US (there are more than 15,000) from OpenWeatherMap using ROpenWeatherMap. (I have the api_key from the free account I created). Can I get the weather data state wise? Because I see that you have mapped cities to states (for India) in your shiny app.
Can this be done using Plotly Maps/Leaflet instead of ggvis?
Thanks for your time!,
Aditya Kothari
