better folder structure

Problem

The current folder structure can be a bit confusing if users will put all there files into /docs.

Solution

• Create another folder e.g. /docs/pages/ and put all documentation files in the directory.
• All other files like index.html, _sidebar.yml, Dockerfile should still in /docs

Necessary Steps

• Update dockerfiles
• Update documentation
  • Command to serve files
  • Command to create sidebar
