Unfortunately

all business logic of conversion is written in (iOS Xcode project)

so you need to run Xcode
(Simulator) & real device iPhone ...

The result is XMLs for -(iOS Xib) and -(Android Xml)
and photos will be uploaded

to the current project on iOS
and in the project Android
