Extension for Inkscape that allows to place multiple objects next to each other vertically or horizontally
Copy gluetogether.py and gluetogether.inx to your inkscape extensions directory. On linux copy to (~/.config/inkscape/extensions or /usr/share/inkscape/extensions)
Select multiple objects that you want to place next to each other and select Extensions -> Arrange -> Glue together
Does currently not handle objects right that were rotated before
