  • Facebook Container Version: 2.3.11
  • Operating System + Version: Ubuntu 24.04
  • Firefox Version: Nightly 133.0a1 (2024-10-03) (64-bit)
  • Other installed Add-ons + Version + Enabled/Disabled-Status: None (fresh profile)

Actual behavior

There's a red fence badge/icon from the Facebook Container add-on floating over the middle of the article. It looks like it's meant to be a badge for some piece of UI, but instead it's just floating over the article. It's fixed-position so it remains in-place even as I scroll the article.

Expected behavior

No such badge; or, the badge should be more clearly associated with whatever bit of UI it's trying to warn me about.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start Firefox with a fresh profile.
  2. Install Facebook Container.
  3. Visit https://sfist.com/2024/10/02/woman-in-driverless-waymo-harassed-by-bros-wanting-her-phone-number/
  4. Observe the page. Optionally, scroll up and down.
