feature request: skip already translated keys #62
Comments
Hi @johnm1998, Do you mean it will read the output file generated before and only translate the missing ones? Is that correct? |
yes @ParvinEyvazov |
I'm requesting this feature for the cli mode. I have many keys in the input files that are already translated to output files. Currently jsontt translates the whole keys again if I add just few more keys in the input file. |
+1 for this, it would be nice to have this option - to either translate all keys or those which are either empty or not present. |
I noticed that this issue has had no recent activity, and I’m interested in working on it. Could you please let me know if you still want this addressed? |
Hi @fadkeabhi, Feel free to give it a shot! It would be an awesome feature. |
@ParvinEyvazov I have created a PR regarding this issue, take a look at it here. #68 |
@ParvinEyvazov small reminder to close the issue since the it is already resolved |
Provide an option to skip translation of keys if it's already present in output file. This is useful if there are so many keys in the input file and most of them is already translated.
