New Features and Improvements

• Many translations completed, so that each text is available in German and English.
• The exchange rates are already loaded when the currency converter is started. This reduces the time until the amount to be converted is output.
• The exchange rates are saved. This way the currency calculator works even if there is no internet connection.

• Added the cocktails "Mai Tai" and "Gin Fizz".
• Revision of the display of cocktail recipes.
