direct documentation for this model is limited. However, information from reviews and related Qiyida models like the X99-D4 provides some insight into features and layout:
I hope you can test this card model which has SATA 2 and not SATA 3 and no USB 3 but I was able to solve it by connecting a card to the PCI Express 1.0 port and have 2 USB 3.0 outputs
maybe there is a similar model in another brand and with a bios already modified I searched on your MI899 software but I did not find similar cards
