Any alternative BIOS I could use for the Kllisre X99 E5 F9

The X99 E5 F9 is a H81 chipset, I tried doing the S3TurboTool way to mod the BIOS for Turbo Boost unlock, but the BIOS was missing some stuff.

Did you manage to solve something with the board? I have a problem, which is that the board sometimes fails to provide video, and when I do so and install drivers, it automatically runs out of video, and without the option of using screen transmission software with other devices, because if it detects that the system is still on but only the black screen appears, I think it is bios, but I am already losing consciousness of so many problems that have arisen with this board.
