The board is not listed atm and i can not find infos about it. But i really like the tool.
Would be nice if there is some info about the bios, because i was searching for a fix that the CPU (2650v4) can draw more than 38W and set it at least to 65W. If needed maybe i could provide some stuff, like the original bios, too.

The X99-PR9-H is not tested yet, thus I can't say much but according to the issue description it seems like you have a defective motherboard. These CPUs shall not be limited to 38W.
