Why

技術書とかを作業しながら読みたい
iOS等の読み上げ機能は読み上げ品質が良くないのでもう少し読み上げ品質が高いと嬉しい

What

Voicevoxとか使ったらもう少し品質良くなったりしないかな? と思っているのでVoicevoxで読み上げるくんを作ってみるのだ

英語がしんどい部分はIPA発音記号に変換してそこからカタカナに変換できないかと思ったけど微妙そう（メモ）

面白そう。

「読み上げ品質」の定義は

漢字の読み方の正確さ
イントネーションの正確さ
パーサーの精度

あたりですか？
