Changes:

• Changed .config file to s3cmd.config
• Changed source link to s3cmd github release (v.1.5.2)
• Added new container commands to install new version of s3cmd (requires sudo, also addressed in a container command), and upload sample files to bucket

• Readme w/ tutorial
• Sample "Hello World" PHP website for running on Elastic Beanstalk
• Sample image and text file for uploading to S3
• Sample .config file for auto-installing s3cmd and auto-uploading items located in a specified directory
