Leakage of block's background color when header is folded

Block's background color leaks from folded header if there's no line between next header and #+end_example.

Recipe to reproduce:

• emacs -q
• turn on theme with colored block. I faced it with built-in modus-operandi theme.
• global-org-modern-mode
• open org document attached below
• fold all headers, e.g. with org-shifttab
• the space after header 4 and 6 is now colored (gray in case of modus-operandi)
