Aims of a project

Detect and count vehicles from streams on traffic
Calculate and create efficient traffic light control
Secure pedestrians and cars from crash

Installation and running

+ You should have Arduino IDE running with Serial monitor opened!
+ Install all nececcary OpenCV packages and configure your cameras.
