We need RIA plugins to skip restore of NAC resources in order to avoid situations where Non-sync of objects gets out of order. Eg:

  • user creates NAB.
  • (NAB runs)
  • admin user creates regular velero Backup that includes user NS (meaning NAB also included)
  • user deletes NAB (or namespace gets deleted)
  • admin user restores user NS
  • (NAB restored, so now NAC creates a new Velero backup for the NS, possibly running before NAC restore is even complete)
