[Web] when I used onnxruntime-web and webgpu as backend, I couldn't find it on my local Mac laptop

Describe the issue

I've found an issue closed as same problem, it is failed. I have no idea how to build and fix issues without modifying the inference code, because my app import onnxruntime-web as dependency, and I'm afraid of bigger troubles later. Can anyone help me?
