Based on the new Microsoft release requirements, we must implement the new release script based on YAML.
The new release.yml script includes publishing to ADO Nuget and NPM feeds and the public Nuget.org.
I have tested the successful publishing to Nuget.org, while the publishing to ADO feeds will need an additional approval after the PR is merged.
The new script is missing publishing to the npmjs.com because it requires a different process similar to code signing and will take another 1-2 weeks to configure and approve. For now we will publish the npm packages manually.
