Please add 101 doc in a console app ..

all examples doesn't run , .net 8

tbh I think all we need is just a simple helloworld , to start with ..

i'm not sure if these got build correctly I got them from a build artifact:

Microsoft.JavaScript.NodeApi
Microsoft.JavaScript.NodeApi.Interop
Microsoft.JavaScript.NodeApi.Runtime

and then it seems something off about the referenced library packages

The examples require that you build the packages in the repo first, since they are configured use the locally-built packages rather than downloading from nuget/npm. Run dotnet pack from the root directory of the repo, or see README-DEV.md for more details.

The README.md in each example folder also mentions that you need to run dotnet pack ..\.. as the first step. Did you do that?
