Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.

The warning comes from C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Docker\wsl\main\ext4.vhdx when launching Docker Desktop

This is the content of /etc/wsl.conf from the Docker's ext4.vhdx:

enabled = true

Looks like a Docker issue.
