Video Conference Mute enables mic instead of disabling mics

Steps to reproduce

✔️ Expected Behavior

To toggle mic and camera off

❌ Actual Behavior

opposite behaviour mic turns on when i toggle it off with windows+n
and when turned off it starts working
If I exit from power toys my system mic stops working
so I have to open power toys and they use video conference mute to enable my mic

Same for me. It is inverted. When mic is on the notification shows that it is off and vice versa.

Running as admin.
I have version 53.3.

Btw disabling Video Conference Mute doesn't enable microphone back but that is probably a different issue.

Actually it is working fine when you select a specific microphone and not All.

there seems to be glitch where the toggle is reversed
power toys actually mutes the input volume when you use Video Conference Mute so to fix this
you have to go to windows sound input settings and increase input volume then it fixes the toggle
