from the all phase of

 make squeaky-clean all test
poetry run gen-prefix-map nmdc_schema/nmdc_materialized_patterns.yaml > project/prefixmap/nmdc-prefix-map.json

ValueError: Class "NucleotideSequencing" - multiple keys/identifiers not allowed (nucleotideSequencing__id, NucleotideSequencing_id)

Works in 1.8.5 but not 1.8.6 or 1.8.7
