Add ability to duplicate sample information / clone samples

We want to be able to duplicate sample information from one sample to another.
Info:
-For our purposes, we're collecting the same samples from different plants and do not want to enter the same information each time.
-The geolocation is roughly the same because it is from the same plot but other users might have different geolocations or slight variations in sample info so the copying may not be directly 1:1 (maybe a "confirm these categories" sort of thing? Select which slots to copy over?)
-Could also consider the same feature for study creation because some people may be sampling temporally (For example, we are always collecting the same sample types but just go at different times of the year so categories like temp would be different)

• Additional feedback from testers: some users may want to make many duplicate sample records at once. We should take that into consideration when deciding on what the UI for this look like.
• Montana pointed out that some fields (like sample name) should probably not be copied over
• Simon suggested introducing an intermediate step after tapping the NEW button to create a new sample which prompts the user whether they want to start from scratch or copy from an existing sample.
