While #36 added several new keywords to the central
keyword.cfgfile, for normal running of the UM, UKCA, and associated rose-stem operations, the mirror also needs to be defined. This is done using theum-setupscript to place the keyword into the users$HOME/.metomi/fcm/keyword.cfgfile.Only
lfric_appshas been added, as it is required for the UKCAumdp3_checkrose-stem task to work correctly on the VM. Testing this branch on a fresh VM shows that when running theum-setupscript, the following line has been inserted within the$HOME/.metomi/fcm/keyword.cfgfile:
