Changes from v0.2.1 to v0.2.3

NOTE: v0.2.2 was a broken release, due to a deprecated flag in the docker command.
Update from Storm v1.0.2 to Storm v1.0.3.
Dropped support for Storm v1.0.2 and below in the master branch of this project.
