Would be nice to be able to reload changes in-game without having to restart the server.

This plugin doesn't even seem to be working with WorldGuard 6.0 dev 1618 and McMMO 1.5.0.3 dev 60. =/ Can't block abilities or disable xp gain in specific regions.
