Based on the arrival time of the packet _ws.col.Time and the timestamp of a packet srt.timestamp estimate the average and maximum network delay of a packet.
Bear in mind the TSBPD wrapping period (timestamp of the next packet may start again from 0 if ~1 hour 30 minutes elapsed).
