Windows 7/10 crashed into BSOD due to driver #27

Windows 7 SP1, Ext2Fsd 0.69. After program launched the system crashed to BSOD. I disable driver auto start - program are runs, but not run mount of partition. And when i enable it - system crashing to BSOD. Previously, the application worked fine, but now after the driver is loaded, the system crashed to BSOD.

I upgrade system to 10, but error repeated.

What could be the reason? How to diagnose this problem?
