2nd Revision for The American Naturalist

The one major change in this version is replacing our old attempts to account for sampling effort with a rarefaction based approach recommended by one of the reviewers. I've also changed all tables to dot-whisker plots to better communicate effects sizes. It also contains other more minor edits.

Revision for The American Naturalist

This release contains all data and code to reproduce analyses in the manuscript "Partner fidelity and asymmetric specialization in ecological networks". In particular, the file "supplementary_material.pdf" provides a step-by-step guide explaining these analyses and is included as supplementary material in our revision for The American Naturalist.
