Describe the bug

The screen flickers when you open the minimised app.

This video was shot in slow motion through an iPhone, and as you can see, when Safari is opened, it maximises at a very fast rate, then disappears, before slowly spreading across the full screen from the bottom dock bar.

Not every piece of software does this, for example, Finder is normal.
