从 Boot 跳转到 Loader 程序
Loader 检测硬件信息，实现从实模式到保护模式再到 IA-32e 模式的切换（该部分较为复杂，后面慢慢会再详细讲）
加载内核
环境：Bochs 虚拟机
在当前目录中打开终端，分别执行下面三步
- 编译
make- 软盘制作

The following line should appear in your bochsrc:
floppya: image="boot.img", status=inserted- 将文件写入软盘
- 写入 boot 程序
dd if=boot.bin of=boot.img bs=512 count=1 conv=notrunc- 复制 loader 程序
sudo mkdir /media/ShuangOS
sudo mount boot.img /media/ShuangOS -t vfat -o loop
sudo cp loader.bin /media/ShuangOS
sudo sync
sudo umount /media/ShuangOS- 启动虚拟机
bochs -f ./bochsrc

You can also start bochs with the -q option to skip these menus.
1. Restore factory default configuration
2. Read options from...
3. Edit options
4. Save options to...
5. Restore the Bochs state from...
6. Begin simulation
