Empty column seeminly freezes Vihko import #695

Repro

Upload attached file to Vihko using import
- Laji - Retkilomake (JX.519)(15).xlsx

Expected

Import system asks user to link columns

Actual

System shows this, with nothing to import
When clicking Näytä linkitetyt, it shows column "I" that has no name. User needs to select "jätä huomioimatta" to proceed.

Options to fix:

Automatically skip columns that don't have a heading
Always show columns to link
