So we can support microwatt.

The chosen toolchain arch should be ppc64 or ppc64le ? I am currently blindly setting ppc64 and hoping for the best.

@antonblanchard which arch should we use for microwatt? ppc64le?

11:45 PM <@hughhalf> @mithro P9 does LE and BE, afaik #microwatt is LE only so ppc64le is the appropriate choice I believe, but will defer to those smarter than I 🙂

ppc64le it is ( will also investigate the build failure on Travis)
